School Breathe's Team
We are a group of certified breath coaches passionate about sharing the
transformative effects of breathwork to children and adults.
Founded by Aimee Hartley, author of Breathe Well, certified breath coach, yoga teacher and mum of two, School Breathe CIC was created when Aimee's first child started school. Witnessing the high levels of stress and anxiety, in both children and teachers, and knowing the benefits a short, regular breathwork practice can bring, Aimee created a breathwork programme for her son's teacher to teach to class. The results were so positive, more teachers and schools began asking for the programme. To satisfy demand, she then called upon a selected group of trusted and well certified breath coaches and wellness experts to help produce an online programme in order to reach more children. 5 years on, the online programmes and trainings now reach schools across the UK, Germany and Australia.
"Although School Breathe has become bigger than I once imagined, we are still very much a small, growing Community Interest Company, and we are in need of funding to develop our programmes and trainings to reach more school children and teachers who need immediate mental and emotional support."

With an exponential rise in anxiety and stress amongst school children, our dedicated online team share and teach scientifically proven breathwork techniques within educational settings. With a regular to breathwork practice, we have seen positive results in children, including improved concentration and focus, positive self-regulation, a boost in confidence and improved behaviour at school and at home. All vital attributes for a healthy educational environment.
Teach fun and engaging breath exercises and techniques to children in schools. Throughout the academic year, receive fresh content on a weekly basis in videos, audio and animation formats, which you can play straight to your classroom. The exercises are presented by certified breath coaches to keep the children engaged and encourage them to enjoy the physical, emotional and mental benefits a breathwork practice can bring.
