Online Programme for Whole School + Breath Coach Training for One Member of Staff.
All staff members will have access to our comprehensive online breathwork programme, featuring bite-sized breath practices to learn throughout half the academic year.
The course is drip-fed on a weekly basis to ensure full implementation and includes downloadable scripts for use at home or in your school's newsletter, as well as breath exercises and resources for the classroom. You will have access to ongoing support from our School Breathe Team. This programme is designed to create a calmer, happier classroom and improve children's ability to learn effectively through scientifically proven breath exercises.
By joining our package programme, you can also allocate one member of staff to train as an in-school breath coach. This will enable you to fully embed the programme and enrich the overall experience for students and staff.
